Part of the 25 year ambition for the project is to provide up to 10,000 new homes. These homes will sit within a new city quarter, alongside high quality employment space, improved public spaces and complementary retail and leisure uses.

Analysis shows that there is capacity for more than 2,500 of these homes to be located in the immediate vicinity of Temple Meads station.

Significant levels of housing are already included in several private sector projects coming forward in the area, including Finzel’s Reach and Redcliff Quarter.
