Business rate discounts
Business Rate discounts are available to businesses and other organisations that establish premises and create jobs in the Bristol Temple Quarter Enterprise Zone, subject to them satisfying specific criteria.

Heritage Assessment for Temple Quarter
The purpose of this document is to highlight this historic legacy of the Enterprise Zone site and help to inform development proposals and illustrate the opportunities that this presents. It will inform the Spatial Framework that is currently being drawn up by the City Design team.

Local Development Orders in the Zone
Planning is important in making the Bristol Temple Quarter Enterprise Zone a success. The use of Local Development Orders (LDO) will be used where possible to give advance planning consent for certain forms of development.

Local Infrastructure Fund
An additional £59 million to support Enterprise Zones deliver their growth ambitions and realise their full potential during challenging economic times has been made available by the Homes and Communities Agency. Expressions of interest are now being sought from partnerships of local interested parties, including local authorities, developers and local enterprise partnerships.
