In The Zone

Bristol Temple Quarter Enterprise Zone is set to become the most exciting business destination in the UK. Centrally located, close to important transport links, and 100% brand new, Bristol Temple Quarter Enterprise Zone is perfect for the international business looking to expand. 
This showreel has been developed by Bristol City Council's City Design Group as a test-bed for development scenarios. Three areas are chosen to illustrate the scale and breadth of opportunity in the Zone. Each animation ends with an artist's impression of how the area might look in 24 years time. The new buildings are shown in orange and are intended to give an artistic impression of how they could look within the existing planning permissions and regulations. They provide a guide to developers, to show them what they could do with the space. It doesn't mean that they will end up looking exactly like this.

As important as the individual buildings are the spaces and routes that connect them - the Arena Park, the Temple Meads Concourse and the Totterdown Basin Waterfront - are an essential part of the future landscape here.
